This suite in three movements for clarinet ensemble is based on two traditional klezmer themes, Itamar Freilach and Hershel and on an original composition, Doumka's Freilach. The suite can be played with a drumset (playing ad libitum) and a bass: string bass, electric bass or euphonium. If there's no drummer, one of the clarinettists can play the tambourine part in Itamar Freilach.
