Stylistic etudes in the Jazz Idiom is a compilation of 120 etuddes composed by seven respected performers/educators in the ja zz area. Each respective chapter contains five etudes each in the swing ballad and latin/funk categories. Each group of the five beginning at a MEDIUM level and progressing in difficulty withetude that follows. There are a total of fifteen etudes s tylistically and individually composed for each instrument Inc: Piano Sax Trumpet Trombone Guitar Bass and drums.
