Titles in the Compact Sax series feature graded music for Saxophone Ensemble usually but not always in 3 or 4 parts. At advanced level instrumentation is not flexible.

Although in many editions the 1st part is written for Soprano Saxophone, it can, of course, be played on Bb Clarinet. In some works an alternative part for Alto Saxophone is also included.

Each work in the Compact Saxophone series is published with a fill score showing details of grade, duration and exact instrumentation (with all options).
